Facilities

The Main Pitch (Hauptplatz) is a 100m x 70m natural grass field (Naturrasen) used for first-team matches. The Secondary Pitch (Nebenplatz) is an artificial turf field (Kunstrasen) used for training and youth academy matches.There are floodlights on the artificial turf field, allowing for evening games and winter training. The main grass field does not have floodlights. A traditional athletics track surrounds the main grass pitch.

Access

From Berlin take the RE1 train (towards Magdeburg or Brandenburg Hbf) to Werder (Havel) Bahnhof. It departs from major stations such as Berlin Hauptbahnhof, Alexanderplatz, and Zoologischer Garten, taking roughly 40 minutes. The same RE1 train takes only about 10 minutes from Potsdam Hauptbahnhof.

From Werder (Havel) Bahnhof the ground on Inselstadt is 2.4 kilometers away. Either take a bus to the island, any of lines 631 (towards Werder, Markt), 633 or 641. Alternatively, walk south along Eisenbahnstraße and cross the Alte Überfahrt bridge. The walk takes about 25 minutes.
