Stade Dominique Duvauchelle, located in Créteil, a suburb of Paris, is a multi-purpose stadium primarily used for football matches. It is the home ground of US Créteil-Lusitanos. The club was founded in 1936 and presently plays in the National 2 (Championnat National 2), the fourth level of French football. Nicknamed Les Béliers (The Rams) or Les Cristoliens (The Créteiliens), the team play in a deep royal blue strip. The club has rivalries with Red Star F.C. and Paris FC, both Parisian sides. Crowds tend to be on the low side of sparse.
Capacity
The now 12,000-capacity stadium was inaugurated in 1983 and named after Dominique Duvauchelle, a local French journalist and sports commentator who passed away at a young age.
Over the years, the stadium has undergone several renovations to improve its facilities and accommodate bigger crowds. Beyond soccer, the venue has also hosted rugby matches, athletics competitions, and other cultural events.
The playing surface is natural grass.
